For my dissertation Piece, I wrote a play to experiment with emersion's effect on an audience's empathy.
'What Better Time For a Slushy Than Bowling with friends?' is a play set in a dystopian world where everyone is assigned a trope at birth and must live within the rules said trope.
I was inspired by John Hughe's The Breakfast Club, and Sarah DeLappe's 'The Wolves' and David Campton's "Cagebirds".

Bath Time
Throughout my time in university I've had a couple chances to dip my toes into directing, most notably on out silent film unit, where I directed a silent comedy called 'Bath Time' (see below). I'm still finding my own style with directing, however my influences include Edgar Wright, Wes Anderson, and Greta Gerwig.
